*The Pondy Sharkz

This is the number one team of Pondicherry; it groups together every +20 years old people of Pondicherry and its area. Everyone is welcomed, there is a good mood in the team, training take place in Indira Gandhi Stadium, every Wednesday and Saturday at 4.30 pm.

Sometimes we are playing games, often against two Chennai teams; but we are also invited to take part in national tournaments, like the 7 players rugby tournament of New Delhi. Pondy Sharkz will be the professional team of Pondicherry in the South India championship, when franchise will be found.


*The scorpions of Pondy

This team groups together all the kids under 18, who want to play rugby. Everyone is welcomed as well, in fact they are the younger version of the Pondy Sharkz. Games and tournaments are organized sometimes, and the most talented players can be selected to play with the senior team.
